This is where you will share the date, size, and location of your event, as well as other details which will make your follow-up consultation as productive as can be. Chef Alfred will contact you by phone for your personalized consultation. The consulation is where you will share your vision for the event in detail, as well as outline any special needs or requests. Chef Alfred will follow up with a proposed menu or lesson plan for your event that is based on the details discussed during your phone consulation. A total cost for the event based upon the proposed menu will be provided at this time. If you are excited about the proposed menu or lesson plan for your event, you will sign a contract and make a deposit for your event. If adjustments need to be made to the menu selections or lesson plan, Chef Alfred will set up a second consultation for the purpose of finalizing your event. Only when you are fully satisfied will a contract be presented and deposit requested. On the day of your event, prepare your kitchen and dining room for your event using a simple checklst provided by The Global Gourmet. Then, sit back, relax, and enjoy a meal prepared by Chef Alfred.
